Programs Fee Overview:

  • iMAP (After-school hours):
    • Enrollment Fee to reserve your child’s spot: $25
    • Weekly Payment Plan: 38 weekly payments total for the academic year from Aug 12, 2024 to May 30, 2025.  You may select to pay every 4 weeks for your monthly budgeting.
      • Full-time Attendance: $125/week (up to 5 days a week)
      • Part-time Attendance: $90/week (up to 3 days a week)
    • Advance Payment Option: half-year receives 2 weeks free and full-year receives 1 month free!
      • Full-time Attendance: $1,850 on 8/12/24 and 1/6/25; or $3,600 on 8/12/24
      • Part-time Attendance: $1,387.50 on 8/12/24 and 1/6/25; or $2,700 on 8/12/24 
  • Summer School (June 9 to August 1, 2025):
    • $25 Registration Fee to reserve your child’s spot
    • Whole summer payment only, payment plan may be arrange prior to the program start date
    • Full-time Attendance (up to 5 days a week):
      • $220/student per week for whole-day sessions (morning and afternoon), with self-packed lunch
        • Hot lunch option is available for additional fee of $60 a week
      • $150/student per week for half-day sessions (morning or afternoon)
      • $15/day or $75/week for either early drop-off or late pick-up per student, up to one hour, with prior arrangement.
    • Part-time Attendance (up to 3 days a week):
      • $160/student per week for whole-day sessions (morning and afternoon), with self-packed lunch
        • Hot lunch option is available for additional fee of $40 a week
      • $100/student per week for half-day sessions (morning or afternoon)
      • $15/day or $75/week for either early drop-off or late pick-up per student, up to one hour, with prior arrangement.
  • Private Tutoring:
    • $25 Registration Fee to reserve your child’s spot (waived if already attend iMAP or Summer programs)
    • Weekly or Monthly Payment Plan
    • iMAP Student during iMAP hours: $30/hour
    • K-8 Students: $40/hour
    • Highschool Students for high school subjects or SAT prep: $45/hour
    • Students with 5 hours or more per week receive 5% discount and 10 hours or more per week receive 10% discount
  • Mindful Day Care (during non-school days, school recess, and Holiday breaks):
    • $25 Registration Fee (waived if already attend iMAP)
    • In-full payment option only
    • Full day (up to 8 hours): $50/day with a minimum of 5 students enrolled
    • Half day (up to 4 hours): $30/day with a minimum of 5 students enrolled
    • You may still inquire this service for a higher cost (TBD) if less than 5 students enrolled for any particular date/time.
    • Non-student Days: November 8, 2024; January 6 and February 14, 2025
    • Thanksgiving Recess: November 25 through November 27, 2024
    • Winter Recess: December 23, 2024 through January 3, 2025, except Christmas and New Year
    • Spring Recess: March 17 through March 21, 2025
    • All day care service requested on the national major Holidays may be inquired at a 1.25 higher rate if there is enough enrollment.
  • >> Discounts may not be combined; only the largest discount will be applied.
  • Transportation:
    • We work with local independent services to provide pick-up options for students from local schools are (Patton, Barker, Garden Park, Enders, and Bell).
    • An additional low monthly fee ($100 to $200 per month) for pickups is collected by these services depending the school distance and numbers of days attending.
    • You may pay Bodhi or the pick-up services directly as Bodhi do not mark up these fees.
